Media Facilities has 20 years experience in creating films for companies of all sizes, as well as public institutions. We work with an expansive network of film professionals and bring in the most appropriately skilled specialists for each individual project. Our clients and their needs are as diverse as our offerings, but they all have one thing in common; they work with Media Facilities because they truly value their brand image. From product advertisements to testimonials and technical explanations, from recruitment videos to client presentations and event coverage, and much more besides, we develop films for any audience in any language. And whilst we are happy to undertake one-off projects, we are delighted that we enjoy long-term relationships with most of our clients who call on Media Facilities' expertise time and again.
Our Approach
We work in close partnership with our clients to realise their ambitions, either taking the project off your hands and presenting a finished result, or working with you every step of the way through brainstorming, creation and production. You can be involved as you want.
Here, the customer gets to answer three basic questions: what type of video production is required, what is the target audience and which ultimate goal will the video serve?
The first ideas are being developed. Starting from these ideas, MF draws up an elaborate quotation, including a clearly detailed budget, a concise scenario and an action plan.
MF has always made sure that the customer knows exactly what he will be paying for, which proves to be a winning strategy and highly appreciated by the customer.
In close dialogue with the customer, one contact person within the customer's company is charged with following up on the entire production process and with maintaining the contact between MF and the customer. This continuous dialogue between MF and the customer is essential for a smooth process throughout the production.
MF now sets upon the elaboration of a detailed scenario.
When the scenario is approved, the final remarks and finishing touches are applied to the scenario.
Starting from this scenario, MF draws up a storyboard and a realistic planning
The shootings are performed by camera professionals with experience in broadcast, publicity and documentary and always under the strict supervision of a director.
MF can really distinguish itself in the editing phase. By using a well-balanced mix between video and graphic elements, we can actually lift the customer's image to a higher level. If required, MF can provide you with an off-screen voice: MF has an extensive database of professional native speakers: all European languages, Chinese (Mandarin), Arabic, Russian,... who are suited for such task.
Having seen the edited result, the customer can provide some final remarks or requests which will be processed in the final editing phase.
